I missed posting this on Saint Paddy’s day but I figure it’s worth sharing.

Joyce galvanized, all fecund in his nuttiness, and Beckett dour and uninspired.

    That’s some good stuff right there, though I suspect that I am inadequately familiar with these two writers to fully appreciate it.

    I haven’t read much Beckett myself, Godot being it. Joyce on the other hand is pure Ulysses, although the man can normally keep his stream-of-consciousness to himself.
